Whalers Cove 231 entry is on the second floor. An elevator is available in the building to provide the ease of bringing luggage and groceries to the home. The second floor encompasses:
*Baby Beach is a short 5-minute walk from the condo, safely through the neighborhood
*A quaint living area with sofa, love seat, beautiful stone table, and 49” flatscreen TV with streaming capability. The vibrant navy blue hues in the furnishings, pillows, and floor rugs invite the picturesque view outside into the home.
*The dining area is situated oceanside with seating for 6 guests. Enjoy watching the palms swaying in the tropical breeze or the waves rolling in to crash along the resort’s rocky cliffside.
*Remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, gorgeous multi-toned wood cabinetry, double sink, and all-new (2022) stainless steel appliances which include a side-by-side refrigerator with freezer, ice maker, flat-top stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include percolating coffee maker, blender, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, cutlery, silverware, dishware, food storage containers, glassware, cookware, and bakeware.
*New (2022) Minka-Aire ceiling fans augment Kauai’s cool trade winds
*Spacious oceanfront lanai overlooks the glorious Pacific Ocean, popular snorkeling cove known as Koloa Landing as well as the resorts’ oceanfront swimming pool and spa. Idyllic to watch whales, turtles, and dolphins frolicking in the vast blue. Oceanfront dining does not get any better than this with table seating for 4 guests with 2 additional chairs and a side table for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Wander upstairs to the third floor for the master and guest suite as well as ensuite bathrooms. Each suite and ensuite bathroom hosts its own beachy paradise theme that accentuates the ambiance of this lovely home.
*The master suite provides a tranquil and cool space for you to rest. Sleep peacefully as the sound of waves lapping along the seawall lulls you to sleep. Awake to the sunrise on the horizon. The mirrored closet doors allow for the ocean to be visible on both sides of your California king bed. The master suite also includes portable air-conditioning, a 43” television with streaming capability, a dresser, nightstands, and closet space for two.
*The ensuite master bathroom offers a granite countertop with double vanity sinks and a large tiled shower stall with ocean views.
*The guest suite offers a quiet sanctuary with a comfy twin-size bed (which can be combined into a king bed), portable air-conditioning, a 43” television with streaming capability, a dresser, and a large closet space with mirrored doors.
*The ensuite guest bathroom offers a granite countertop with a single vanity sink and a large tiled shower stall.

Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership is included with your reservation for registered guests. Located only 1.2 miles from Whalers Cove 231, the club offers a resort-style pool with a waterslide, toddler sand pool, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, gym, and Cabana restaurant.

Love the location and condo. Nice to have washer and dryer for clothes. Kitchen was nicely appointed. Ice maker in fridge was great to have. Loved the natural little lagoon next to the complex (note large rocks to climb over to get to it) but if your able it's worth it. Swam with the turtles down there. Really enjoyed going to the athletic club a mile down the road very nice pool time there. I was confused about check in location and went to the condo complex first, note that it's a mile down the road where you get the keys. They did give me the address I just didn't realize it wasn't on the property.

We loved this airbnb. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted with stunning views of the ocean. The place was airy and the hosts responsive. There were portable A/C units in each bedroom along with window fans, which were necessary with the warm nights we had in July. The washer and dryer worked well, the location was quiet but convenient to nearby amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay at Whaler’s Cove. This unit was styled beautifully. Baby beach is a super short walk. We loved walking to Eden Coffee and the shopping mall. We enjoyed coffee on the patio. It did get warm upstairs, particularly in the master bedroom. Suite Paraidse was very responsive and excellent to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property is beautifully located on the oceanfront with stunning views. It was clean, well appointed, and depicted accurately by the photos. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to shopping center and restaurants. Everything was in working condition and we did not experience any issues. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and would be happy to return. Of note, although the property is on the oceanfront, we did not find walkable access to a sandy beach area.

My first time to Kauai, we stayed at Whalers Cove 321 for 14 days It was wonderfully appointed, you could tell upgrades had been made. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, several appliances, ice machine, blender and a full drawer of silverware and utensils. Pans, knifes, storage containers worked well because we made dinner in almost every night so we could take advantage of all the fresh caught fish available. Refreshing small pool & hot tub. Cable tv, wireless internet, washer & dryer, lanai with table/chairs and portable air conditioning units in the bedrooms so we could sleep. Condo is close to everything including Scuba. We hope to come back again. Mahalo

The photos show exactly how the place is and we were so pleased. It is in a great location, walkable to Baby Beach and a nearby outdoor mall. Very close drive to all things in the south of the island. The beds were so comfortable, and the showers were great too. Perfect place to book if you are interested in cooking your own meals for part of the trip! We had one hiccup during our stay, but the host was so responsive and helped resolve the issue very timely. Would definitely recommend! Such a comfortable stay!

We appreciated everything, especially the portable a/c units in each bedroom suite after a long day of Sunny South sunshine, fun, and patio dining on the lower level. (An umbrella on the patio would have been a nice bonus to enjoy the fabulous view during the heat of the day!)

This was our first time visiting the island of Kauai. This place was great.
Location- it is tucked back in a little neighborhood. It felt quiet and secluded from the tourist hustle of big resorts. It was walkable to some restaurants that we ate at. You can watch people snorkeling out on the water and the view of the ocean is amazing.
The inside was super clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well supplied and everything was in great condition. It is not air conditioned except for the bedrooms. This was okay with us, it just encouraged us to keep the big patio doors open to enjoy the ocean sounds. There is no doubt that if we return we would consider staying here again.

This was the most breathtaking view we’ve ever had on a vacation! We woke up every morning to sea turtles, rays, and more swimming right outside our building! The unit itself was excellent, fitted with everything you need: beach umbrella, chairs, boards, and comfy beds!
The location was walkable to several beaches, restaurants and shops. Parking was ample, and the host was responsive and we hope to come back again and stay, couldn’t recommend this amazing unit anymore! A must stay!

As soon as you walk in you’re blown away by the incredible ocean and pool views and the super spacious Lanai, where we had breakfast every morning. The place was clean and spacious and the check-in process was pretty straightforward. I really liked having the bedrooms upstairs so I could stay up late without waking the kids. We loved how quite and secluded this spot felt. My kids loved the pool so much, they wouldn’t get out!! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We arrived late at night and went straight to bed. When we woke up in the morning, all of us were giddy with excitement over the view. We didn’t realize how luxurious this place was going to be. The condo had all the amenities you would need for vacation. Amazing views. Did I mention the views? I brought my 82 your old mother, my 13 year old daughter, and my husband and I. There was something for all of us. My husband and daughter loved going swimming in the swimming pool every day. The whole family would go visit the turtles on the property daily. The condo is close walking distance to the mall which we frequented for dinners and shopping. Close by is also a little beach that is really quaint and perfect for families. We will definitely come visit again. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place in paradise to come visit. We did not see a single ant :-)

The perfect family vacation
