Description

This three-bedroom three-bath vacation rental home in the enviable Poipu Kai Resort does not disappoint. With central AC, you will be sure to stay cool with or without the soft trade breezes. Ideally located within walking distance of the sandy shores of Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach, and any of the three pools within the Regency complex, you will never have to venture far to enjoy a day in the sun. The high-vaulted ceilings will invite your group to relax in the living and dining areas, with the option to step out onto an outdoor lanai with distant ocean and mountain views. Located on the top floor, and in the corner unit, this home offers guests a private and serene tropical experience.
With three bedrooms and baths, there is plenty of space to sleep your group of up to six people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a bathroom en suite, and a jacuzzi tub. It also features its private lanai surrounded by plumeria trees. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to a king if need be,) and shares the downstairs guest bathroom. Need more space? No problem! The loft bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom.

Unit 620 was perfect for my ohana. Beautiful warm sunny sunrise, enjoyed coffee on the lanai, and AC worked great in all the rooms! Clean and comfortable! Great evening breeze! Laundry in unit worked great. Pool at front was convenient, including parking spot. 2 staircases to enter unit, and all worth it. Happy shoes were outside and even a quick spot to rinse shoes/feet off of sand. Will stay in this unit again! A hui hou! Mahalo!

We loved our stay at Suite Paradise! It was perfect for our 3 adult couples…private, peaceful and quiet. The unit was exactly as described. The grounds are beautiful! Perfectly situated within walking distance of three beaches and a park, everyone was able to head to whatever type of surf they wanted to experience. The communication with our host, prior to check-in, was clear and prompt, such that once we were there, we didn’t need to ask another question. Everyone hated to leave and said that we’d definitely love to come back and stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience on your beautiful Kauai!

This was the perfect spot for us! Not only was it a great deal, but we loved walking to the beach every day for a morning swim. Kalapaki Joes is an easy walk and we could quickly meet up with friends staying at the Hyatt and Hilton. The third loft bedroom is very private given the en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and door. I’d love to come back to this place another time!

We had a wonderful time staying at Regency 620. Our only note is that the kitchen does not come stocked with any cooking ingredients. You will need get things like oil, sauces, etc… It does have every appliance known to man though including a great blender and air fryer. Location couldn’t be better and the poipu athletic club membership was awesome to have with young kinds.

This condo was an ideal stay for our family of five adults. The unit is spacious and clean and very well appointed. It is a bit of a walk to the beach (5 min), but there is a sidewalk that leads you to Shipwreck Beach in one direction and Poipu Beach in the other. We enjoyed staying on the sunny south side of Kauai, but it was easy to explore other parts of the island from this location (Hanalei is about a 1 hour drive).

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Poipu as a family and the condo contributed to that experience. It is spacious and well-appointed with everything you need. Great location and easy access to all activities except North Shore. But you should make a day trip for that one since there is a lot to do up north. The unit was great for 5 adults and had beach items for use if you wanted them. Parking spaces are tight if you have a large vehicle. The resort offer lots of amenities but we were pretty busy and didn’t get to use them all. We would definitely consider staying there again.

It is a great unit, lots of space and only a short walk to the beaches. The AC is fantastic and the unit was pretty much perfect. I can't recommend it enough. It had some stuff for the beach too so that was really useful. We ended up having a very delayed flight and they had the keys available and were helpful in providing ideas of things to do.
