We stayed with a family of 8. The condo exceeded our expectations. It had 3 bedrooms, 2 of which had king beds, the 3rd had two twin beds, and there were 3 full bathrooms which served our family well. The pool was only a few steps from our second floor condo, we could see the pool and see our family swimming. Poipu Beach was only a 10-minute beautiful walk where we could see sunrises and sunsets and especially see the sea turtles coming in and out of the water. That was very special for our entire family. Poipu Point was a spectacular place to see sunrise, and only a 2-minute drive to get there. Everything was extremely convenient. I also loved how large the condo was. The pictures did not do it justice as when I first opened the door upon arriving, I think I may have audibly gasped because it was so very spacious and clean. The other perk was a pass to get into the Poipu Bay Beach Club during our stay. The littles loved the Beach Club with its water slide - highly recommend!

Great rental for a family of 4 where everyone had plenty of space when needed. Easy to navigate walk to several amazing beaches (8-15 minutes max). Short drive to shops and dining options. Kitchen and bathrooms all well stocked with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this unit.

Very nice condo. I would recommend to everyone. Spacious for our family of 7. Close to pool and walking distance to poipu beach. The only small drawbacks were, there wasn’t enough body wash or shampoo, not enough detergent or paper towels for 7 people and a 9 night stay. Grab a souvenir coffee cup as the condo has really small ones. Ha! Beautiful and comfortable stay, definitely would stay there again. Mahalo

Our place at paradise suites is in a gorgeous setting. It is clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen along with barbecue grill, swimming pool and hot tub right outside our door. The property thought of everything including beach towels, chairs and a beach umbrella to use. We also enjoyed going to the Beach Athletic Club at no extra charge and eating at the restaurant there. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

We had a great time here. It was so nice having three bed and three bathrooms for our group. We were in town for a wedding and all of our events we could walk to. Loved that the condo had beach chairs available and we could walk to the beach in less than 10 mins. We would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay in Koloa. The house was perfect for our yoga retreat group. Super helpful host. Beaches are walkable. Only problem was a broken AC unit in one bedroom.

We were a party of 6 adults and this condo had lots of space never felt like we were in each other’s way. Literally a stone's throw from the pool and hot tub which were open from 8 am -10 pm and much appreciated that were cleaned daily. Was impressed that the BBQ’s were also cleaned daily. Beach and bath towels were plentiful Units were very comfortable and super clean with lots of crockery, cutlery glasses, etc. It was very warm/ humid the week we stayed there were some portable AC units provided which did help! A few more in the bedrooms would have helped but I know it’s not normally as humid as it was the week we were there. A short walk to the beach where you will see turtles and maybe monk seals. There was a lot of information on what to do/ see in Kauai as well as lists of restaurants and medical/ emergency services. Would not hesitate to rent this unit in the future was definitely a holiday of a lifetime! Staff was always pleasant and courteous. Thank you for a great stay! Aloha

We loved our stay in this condo. It was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook delicious meals, play at the beach and relax around the pool. It's a super good location for walking to beaches and nearby restaurants. And centrally located--just an hour drive to either end of the island. Can't wait to visit again!!

Communication was great with the host! We were in Kauai for a business trip with a crew of six. It housed coworkers like family! The kitchen was great help. We have to return to finish the project and hope to stay again! FYI they have an app to download which helps with check-in and etc.

We were very happy with the condo. I really liked the ease of renting activity equipment. It was a surprise bonus. We could walk to the beach, however, we drove whenever my mother in law came because it was a long walk for her. The condo was very clean and had all we needed. The office staff was always available to help and they made everything easy. The only thing bothersome was the internet speed was pretty slow.

Suite Paradise is excellent to deal with. Condo is clean and bright. South facing location overlooking the pool is perfect. Grounds are meticulously maintained. Pool and BBQ area are thoroughly cleaned every morning. Minor internal maintenance issues were rectified within hours of request. We stayed for over 5 weeks and were very comfortable the whole time. This condo is a great choice for families, 3 couples, or good friends.

The 3BR/3BA condo was great for 6 adults and 2 small kids. Condo was well equipped and all furnishings/amenities were in great shape. Community grounds are very well kept. Close parking, front-door pool, and short walk to great family beach were all pluses.

My husband and I and our 2 adult children, their spouses and 2 yr old grand daughter recently stayed at a Suite Paradise managed condo. The staff at the Suite Paradise offices was extremely friendly and always very helpful. The condo at 220 has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which was fantastic for our group size. The condo was clean, large enough to accommodate all 7 of us and was in walking distance (w/ a stroller) of Poipu's baby beach for the 2 yr old to enjoy. Although the condo did not have air conditioning -- it was mostly not an issue but there were times (i.e., afternoon naps) where it would've been beneficial but for the most part we didn't need it because the trade winds and evening temps cooled the condo down enough for restful sleeping. And during the day we were at the beach, at one of the pools or on a day excursion. However if we were at the condo duing the day, the ceiling fans in every room helped to make it comfortable. Over the past 20 years we've stayed at numerous condominiums on both Kauai and Maui and would definitely stay at one of the Suite Paradise managed condominiums again.
