Excellent stay at Poipu sands. Really appreciated the beach amenities- umbrella, chairs, towels. All the appliances you need in the kitchen. Enjoyed eating meals on the lanai. Close to Poipu beach and other local attractions. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! From the unit, you can step outside and walk on pathways that lead to the Hyatt property. The beautiful condo was perfect for our family of four. We loved the updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and decks. We greatly appreciated access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club and took advantage of the gym, yoga classes, pool and restaurant where we heard live music. It was a glorious vacation! Thank you, Suite Paradise! We hope to return again one day!

This rental was a perfect island vacay condo loaded with all the amenities, kitchen necessities and appliances to make it a home away from home. Very spacious with a private master suite & bathroom upstairs and 2nd bedroom & bathroom along with kitchen, living room and dining area downstairs Bonus features were a balcony up & downstairs, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards along with included access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Saving this rental on our list for sure!

A terrific location to our favorite beaches (snorkeling-Poipu Beach, bodysurfing-Kiahuna Beach), great restaurants-Kiawe Roots, Da Crack, Wed Culinary Farmer's Market at The Shops. We made use of nice athletic club facilities and SP staff are warm. Nearby Heritage Trail was awesome we hiked almost daily. Bummed our bookings for Wailua River Kayaking and Napali Coast Sunset Cruise were canceled due to weather—if openings available on fair weather day, do book them!

Lovely unit with 1 balcony attached to the living room and 1 balcony/alcove attached to the master bedroom. larger than expected, well provisioned and furnished, we very much enjoyed the full kitchen set and washer and dryer in the unit.

The location was excellent; close to the beach and shops. There is an easy walking path through Popiu that is very pedestrian friendly.

The condo itself was good but a little dated. There are two lanais in which to sit outside that are very comfortable and relaxing. The beds and bathrooms were good. One disappointing thing was the only cooking items in the condo were salt and pepper. There was no leftover tin foil, saran wrap, butter, oil or spices. Only salt and pepper. I like the VRBOs that have a bit more to get you started. This was like a hotel room with a kitchen. The breeze that blows through at night is excellent and makes for great sleeping.

Our best things in Poipu
• Hiking in Waimea – the single best thing we did; we got lucky with a clear day. Be sure to stop in some of the shops in Waimea and Hanapepe. We really liked the Lilikoi Store. Kauai Coffee Company is only 1-2 miles out of the way and is pretty cool to see as well.
• Bobbing in the waves at Poipu Beach in front of the Marriott Waiohai Beach Club. This part of Poipu beach was better than the part by the beach park. We saw a couple of monk seals and a huge turtle on the beach.
• Kukui’ula Shopping Center 
- Kiawe Roots was the best meal we had in Kauai. The food was awesome! Price and portions were great. Highly recommended.
- The farmers market on Wednesday afternoons was great. A lot of different vendors selling food to eat right away and good fruits/vegetables for later.
• Spouting Horn – this was a throw away to kill time before our flight but we really enjoyed it. The waves, spray, and the sound is pretty cool and memorizing.

Working with the management company was easy and painless. They provided all the information needed and were very professional.

This condo was very nice. Originally we were in Poipu Crater and was not happy, so hot! So we upgraded to Poipu Sands 423 and was very, very happy. The place had a nice breeze. The location was nice, close to the beach. We had a problem with the upstairs toliet but they came right away and fixed the problem. this place was very well stocked and it felt like home. I would use this place again!!! Mali at the from desk at Suite Paradise was extremely helpful.
