Our group of 4 had a very wonderful stay. the view from the upstairs balcony is perfect for morning coffee. the property was exactly as described. it helped make our Kauai vacation even more amazing.

Spacious, well equipped condo. Short walk to beach and Hyatt. We loved the primary bedroom and bathroom, it felt like a luxury hotel room the floor above the main living area. Thank you for supplying beach chairs! Poipu Sands complex itself is pretty sleepy, but we were out and about each day, so great place to come home too. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. There are beautiful ocean views from the top floor primary bedroom suite and you can also see the ocean from the balcony below. We didn’t need to use the AC at all because the beautiful Hawaii breeze came through the home. The condo is large and luxurious and the bathrooms were very nice and also large. Both beds were extremely comfortable for our group and excellent pillows. This was probably the most comfortable bedding I’ve had at an Airbnb. The amenities - wow. The proximity to the beach (an easy walk), the complex pool was large and immaculate! And we really enjoyed having access to the Poipu Athletic Club. I took advantage of several tennis and yoga classes (you do pay for these). But the gym was great for lifting weights and the pool area there was amazing with food and beverage service. Cannot wait to go back here! The host was also incredibly responsive, kind, and welcoming.

4-Day Kauai Getaway

Beautiful property, wonderful views, and great stay. We spent the first day exploring the North Shore and local cuisine. Day 2 involved spending the day at sea fishing tuna with Hunt Fish Kauai. We enjoyed our catch that evening for dinner at Poipu Sands preparing the meal in our kitchen. Day 3 included a wonderful time on the south shore catamaran cruising, enjoying the views, dolphins, wales, and snorkeling. We followed that trip with spectacular views of Wimea Canyon. Our last day concluded with a wonderful breakfast at Kalapaki Joe’s, an easy drop off at the airport of our rental car, and then departed to Honolulu for the back end of the 8 day trip. All the best Kauai! We will return again with the kids next time! Mahalo.

We just finished a nine night vacation in this nice and spacious condo. The ocean views from the lanais are amazing. You can sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The grounds are clean and extremely well kept including the bbq grills which we used several times. The condo was super clean with clear instructions for all amenities. It also came with nice set of starter supplies including a much needed chilled surprise in fridge! I would not recommend this for anyone with trouble with stairs - there are stairs to the condo and another set of stairs to the master bedroom. The two bedrooms are also on separate floors, this is just something to keep in mind if traveling with children. All that said - I would book this condo again should I get a chance to visit Kauai again in the future.

It was wonderful staying at Poipu Sands and I look forward to returning again soon. Space is well cared for and everything you need is either in the apartment or nearby. The beach is easily walkable and the property itself is quiet and very safe and comfortable.

This is our sixth time at the Poipu Sands but our first in this unit. There were two adults and one teenager staying. The unit is so spacious and the bedrooms including beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit was clean and very well appointed. The guest bedroom has recently been updated and it looks lovely. Master bedroom was very nice. Suite Paradise was very easy to deal with and we will continue to book through them. The view is mainly of the pool although from the master bedroom you can see the ocean. Love the Poipu Sands pool, the spacious grounds and easy walks to the beaches especially Shipwreck next door in front of the Hyatt. Will keep coming back!

I'm just here for work and everything is great. The only thing I don't like is the lame internet, it's ok for basic surfing and email and nothing else with no way of upgrading.

Great location. Close to both Shipwreck and Poipu beaches and some wonderful restaraunts. Lovely condo. Really beautiful, clean and well kept pool,condo and grounds. The only thing missing for me is a hot tub but this isn't enough to keep me away. I will be back again next year to the resort.
