Holiday in the captivating Poipu Sands 124, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with an enthralling view of the majestic Haupu mountains and sparkling waters of Keoneloa Bay also known as Shipwreck Beach. Relish watching whales frolic in the bay from December to May or relax to the calming sounds of the ocean crashing on the shore.
Poipu Sands 124 is a single-level, second-floor holiday home with its' lanai stretching across the dining, living, and master suite areas providing both mountain and ocean views from all of these areas including the kitchen. Luxurious comforts include:
*Open and spacious living area with a plump and cozy sofa perfectly situated to enjoy the amazing ocean view.
*A Samsung Smart TV with streaming capability
*Dining area with seating for six guests plus three dining stools at the kitchen bar.
*Remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and earth-toned cabinetry. Full-size refrigerator including freezer, stove range with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include a percolating coffeemaker, blender, toaster, instapot, cutlery, silverware, dishware, cookware, and bakeware.
*Master suite with plush King bed and 24" flatscreen TV.
*En-suite master bathroom with double vanity sinks and vanity area.
*The guest suite offers two twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed (upon request), and en-suite access to the shared guest bathroom.
*Guest bathroom with double vanity sink and walk-in shower.
*Ceiling fans throughout the home augment Kauai's cool easterly tradewinds.
*Laundry with washer and dryer.
The Poipu Sands garden courtyard offers community gas grills and picnic areas perfectly situated among fragrant tropical blooms adorning the area. Enjoy tennis? Poipu Sands has its court just for owners and guests within the complex. The Poipu Kai Resort pool and jacuzzi located next to Kalapaki Joe's restaurant is a leisurely 8-minute walk from Poipu Sands 124. Brenneckes and Poipu Beach Park are only 10 minutes walking to the west of this home and Shipwreck's Beach is only 2 minutes walk to the east. Scenic walks, hikes, shopping, restaurants, tours, golf, surfing, snorkeling, diving and so much more are within a 1/2-mile to 3-mile radius of Poipu Sands 124.
Poipu Beach Athletic Club elite membership is included with reservation for registered guests. Located only a 1/2 mile from Poipu Sands 124, the club offers a resort-style pool with a waterslide, toddler sand pool, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, gym, and the Cabana restaurant.
*Maximum occupancy and sleeping arrangements for 4 guests (children inclusive).
*Spectrum Internet Service with Wifi up to 100 Mbps
*Linens, bath, and beach towels included.
*Liquid dishwashing soap was provided and replenished.
*Pod dishwashing soap for the dishwasher was provided and replenished.
*A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex, trash bags, hand soaps, bath gel, shampoo, coffee, creamer, and sugar is provided however not replenished.
*4 Beach chairs
*One undesignated parking stall is included with the reservation.

Great ocean view. The unit had everything you need for a long stay and the location was close to good hikes past shipwreck beach and the other beaches in the area. We enjoyed the deck and watching the ocean during our morning coffee and breakfast.

This condo was amazing! The views were unbelievable and lovely trade winds blew through the condo . The Athletic club was perfect. We used the gym nearly daily. Great restaurants within 8 minutes drive and Shipwreck Beach was short walk. There were books, games, beach chairs, boogie boards and fins. Everything was as described and lovely!

We stayed at 2 places in Kauai, and this was by far the better condo. It is very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4. We checked out the Athletic Club one day, and it's quite nice with pool, hot tub, and LOTS of exercise equipment. Well located to see the various sites on the south side of the island.

For eleven years we have been staying each May at Poipu Sands, unit #124. During those years we have dealt with various property management companies, however none have ever shown us the level of professionalism and accommodation that Seannie and Suite Paradise have shown us. And so because of this we are currently preparing to schedule nine nights next year.

This property is really perfect for a family of 4 adults. The lanai is great and the views are gorgeous. Accommodations around Poipu are really nice. A lot to to do . We really enjoyed out stay at this property. Mahalo
