We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be 
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
 In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates 
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with 
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not 
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this 
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your 
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking 
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by 
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

We had a wonderful stay at this Suite Paradise unit! It was the perfect location for walking to the beach and was quiet and peaceful our entire stay. Access to the Poipu Beach club was a fantastic addition! We visit Kauai often and will definitely stay here in the future!

We had a lovely stay in Manualoha! The lanai opens onto a glorious scenic stretch of lawn with a path leading to the beach. We had everything we needed inside our suite, and the staff was responsive and helpful with any questions. Perfect location for day trips all over the island!

Perfect location for a base camp when exploring the southern and south-western parts of Kaua’i, this particular suite is 2 minutes away from the swimming pool, 10 feet away from the bbq, 10 minutes away from Brennecke/Poipu beach where you can snorkel and see exotic fish (and even turtles) as soon as you enter the water! Shipwreck’s beach is a few minutes drive away, Mahailepu heritage trail as well, Makawahi cave, local restaurants, shops - you’ll be centrally located and close to everything! The apartment itself is very spacious and clean, for 2 people - with a well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed, and pillows, ceiling fans in both the living room and the dining room, with a nice lanai overlooking the lawn and tennis courts. We sincerely recommend this suite to anyone visiting Kaua’i, as well as all other Manualoha suites!

I would recommend Suite Paradise for their excellence in management and high quality property. Superior ratings would be well deserved. Well groomed landscaping that is so floral and gorgeous adds to the totally Hawaiian atmosphere. Birds domestic and wild are abundant, as well as lovely cats as usual. Shopping is nearby, farm markets are so accessible, and the Olympic cafe is just a mile or so away. This was a grand vacation.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay in this property. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom spacious with two sinks, and bed comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach and close proximity to restaurants and deli. We will return!

The unit has view of the tennis courts. At sunset you can take a short stroll to the local beach or to the pool to watch the sunset. The unit is clean and comfortable close to everything. The resort has access to a number of pools and the tennis court is but a stones throw . It's quiet all day long if you like to read. Poipu beach is nearby for snorkelling and swimming. Plenty of good restaurants nearby as well as a sports on the property. Staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Had another great visit to Suite Paradise..This is out 9th stay and always a pleasure. First time in Manualoha 802..Very nice 1 bedroom 1 bath..Well appointed and very functional..Great for 2 people..Garden view but just few steps off patio to see a beatiful ocean view. Close to everything you will need...Cant wait to get back..Booked another stay before we left...
