loved our stay in Poipu! There was a roofing project going on but they seamlessly were able to update our accommodations so we were not impacted by this in the slightest. Very clean and spacious rooms with ample clean towels, chairs, and coolers. We did a lot of exploring and felt that this location was a great home base! It was also walking distance to the beach and snorkeling. We would gladly stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time. It was spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Worth the price and a great location in Kauai. My family and I would come here again. They were also very responsive to our questions and even shipped our daughter's doll, which she had forgotten after we checked out. I highly recommend this condo!

As a family of five, we had a comfortable and peaceful place to stay during our visit. The Poipu Beach was less than 15 mins of walk. We were able to see the sea turtles and try their Hawaiian Style Hot Dogs in the same area. It’s a highly recommended.

Great place to stay and well worth the stay. Would highly recommend. It was within walking distance to a great family beach. If you walk just a bit farther you can get to beach access with turtles, life guards until 6p, public restrooms, and shaded picnic tables. Hard to find something like that without driving and parking. House was great. It is for up to 8 people but I think 7 is the real max if you want everyone to sleep comfortably. Great and relaxing porches and balcony. There was AC in each bedroom but not main living area. May be common to rentals in this area but it was pretty hot for the first couple hours after we arrived till everything cooled down and aired out the living area. Parking was great. Have stayed in many other Air BNB where parking was a challenge.

my group of 6 stayed at this location and it was more than enough room! The only thing to keep in mind is there is no ac unit in the living room so during the day it can be a bit warm but each bedroom had an ac unit and stayed nice and cool. the beach, pool and athletic club were really nice for the days we were too exhausted to go out and explore. anytime I had a question, the staff were quick to respond. one thing i wish i would have done was book until 9pm for an extra fee because my flight left late. I wasn't able to because the next guests already booked the place for that day but the staff informed me that we could pay to stay at the athletic club for a reasonable price ($94 for 6 people) which worked out perfectly. I would stay here again!

Highly recommend ! We had the best time. The beds were clean and comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom . Easy walk to the beach and lots of chairs to accommodate the whole group. I hope to return to Kauai and stay again .

Our group had a great stay at Manualoha 701. There was plenty of room for everyone and the unit felt very private. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and to a few restaurants/bars. Also really close to the Poipu shopping centre, which was really handy. Finally, we appreciated all of the beach gear that was there for us to use. Would definitely stay again!

This property was accurately described, with comfortable, private sleeping for 6. There was a good pool on the grounds, it was near to Poipu Beach and was within an easy walk of a protected cove, which was great for kids. This rental is excellent for an extended family. The check-in process was seamless and the management excellent. The unit was well maintained and clean.

This condo is VERY clean! The beach is only a short walk and on the way is the beautiful pool. We definitely felt relaxed in this condo. The fitness center use was a big plus also. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! We will definitely stay in this condo again.

We had a lovely time at this condo, with our two adult children and their guests. The condo was very pleasant. The grounds are beautiful all around it, and the location is excellent, quick walk to Brenneke's beach down the walking path, that will also take you to Shipwreck, too. We had everything we needed, coolers, boogie boards, chairs, beach towels.

The condo provided plenty of space and supplies to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Some of the appliances are outdated, but functional. The location is hard to beat, as it is a 5 minute walk to a very nice beach area. It also has easy access to a walking path that was useful for casual walks. This unit would be ideal for a family of 5-8 or 2 families to share.

This condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location in the complex; private and close enough to the pools and beach. Everything worked. We would stay here again and bring our own fitted bottom queen sheets; the sheets could not cover the mattresses on the queen; king and twins were ok. Everyone from 5 to 66 was comfortable. We reported a burnt out bulb and it was changed that day. We were not allowed to keep our sliding doors open at night, even slightly, due to a message from night security, so it did get hot at night. A great breeze flows through the rooms during the day and evening. It would have been nice to have had a small writing desk somewhere in the condo; there is plenty of room for one in many places. We will stay here again
