Important Notice: Ongoing Roofing Project in the Manualoha Community

We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be 
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
 In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates 
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with 
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not 
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this 
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your 
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking 
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by 
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

The beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and stand-alone tub allows you to luxuriate in a calm and serene atmosphere.  Your guest bedroom windows are strategically placed to provide you with the cool comforts of blissful natural south shore breezes. Depending on your needs, this hidden sanctuary hosts two twin beds or if you prefer, we can combine the twin beds into a king-size bed. From the gorgeous views of the rolling hills over Kikiaola or the ocean views from just about every room, tagged with all the comforts of home and the short walk to popular Poipu beaches, this home truly embodies the meaning of paradise.

We enjoyed our stay at Manualoha 610. The unit was clean and updated. The air conditioning was also a plus. It was an easy walk to the beach, pool and tennis courts and a short drive to many local eateries and attractions.

Felt like a home away from home! The views WOW! You'll have a view from every window. Just a 4min walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. The slipt floorplan, bedrooms downstairs living and kitchen upstairs was perfect for our early morning coffees on the lanai not disturbing the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, bring your own seasonings, lots of storage for our belongings in each bathroom and closets. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Both bedrooms have TVs nice to have the option, large TV in LRoom. This condo is in an area that felt like we were the only ones there, it was so peaceful and when you're out on the lanai you only see ocean, trees and rooftops. It was very relaxing place to be after a day at the beach or a day of excursions. Location was great! We traveled all over the island and we felt very centrally located. Three recommendations, condo has one portable air conditioner in the master bedroom. I would recommend one more upstairs as midday was very warm. Ice chest- we could have used a ice chest for the beach trips. TV in kids room was not set up. Other than that it was perfect and we will definitely be back to visit.
