Important Notice: Ongoing Roofing Project in the Manualoha Community

We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be 
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
 In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates 
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with 
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not 
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this 
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your 
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking 
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by 
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

We appreciate your understanding during this time and remain committed to ensuring you have a pleasant stay!

Beautifully adorned with the most exquisite and tasteful furnishings, artwork, and pieces, this humble home exemplifies true elegance.  The mixture of varying shades of browns, greens, blues and yellow exuberates the aesthetics in each room.  As you sweep through the front door and dally through this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, you will come to appreciate the artful delicacy and careful selection of each piece.  The living room offers large, comfortable seating that extends out to the living room lanai.  Settle in with a good book, or favorite movie, or enjoy the natural beauty just beyond your lanai.  Palms and fragrant florals floating on the trades heighten your senses as the sparkling blue ocean lifts all your cares away.  Enjoy restful slumber in charming and cozy bedroom settings. The master suite sits alone on the third floor of this townhouse with a large California king bed, its' own sitting area, master bathroom, and lanai.  Each area of the master suite provides a delightful view of the alluring Pacific Ocean, puffy white clouds, and clear blue skies.  The guest bedroom offers two twin beds in a quaint and quiet setting.  If you prefer, the twin beds can be combined into a king-size bed for added comfort.
Your Kauai home has close access to a community gas barbecue grill, oceanfront swimming pool, an additional newly remodeled resort pool with a jacuzzi, and only 5 minutes from the white sand beaches of Brenneckes and Poipu Beach Park.  Relish in watching turtles surf the waves in Brennecke's bay, or if you are lucky, a monk seals napping under the warmth of the Poipu sun.  Poipu Beach Athletic Club is also available with a resort-style pool featuring a water slide, toddler beach area, tennis, pickleball, 1/2 court basketball, gym with weight and cardio equipment, shuffleboard, and The Cabana restaurant.  You have an array of restaurants, shops, and markets within a 1/4 mile to 3 miles of your home.  Nearby hiking and attractions are an added bonus to an already marvelous holiday adventure.

Beautiful condo with ocean views second level. My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights. Absolutely beautiful! Very clean, kitchen nicely stocked, 2 big walk in showers, comfortable bedding. No need for heat or air conditioning! Sleep very comfortably with the windows open. We loved our stay! 5 minute walk to beach ur swimming pool. Only complaint was trying to find the condo at night in the dark was very confusing. Highly suggest you check in when office is still open, we would definitely stay here again! Perfect vacation!

Easy walk to both Brennecke's and Shipwreck's beaches. Having three separate lanai's (porches) was a treat. Good communication with Suite Paradise. Plenty of parking outside unit.

We loved this place so much last September that we had to come back this year. Amazing location and short walking distance to Poipu beach, which we visited every day. The athletic club amenity is a huge perk. They have a fantastic pool with a waterside that the kids enjoyed, and poolside restaurant service. Very clean and nice furniture and appliances. No AC but we knew this, as it is listed. I hope to come back again next year!

This place (Manualoha 609) exceeded our expectations in many ways. First, the ocean views are better than some reviewers described. The main level lanai is lush, roomy, and private. The upstairs lanai had a spectacular ocean view! The upstairs master suite is bigger and more set apart from the unit than the pictures showed, and we adored the space! It was beautiful, spacious, and impressive. We loved the tv nook with the ocean view. The unit offered plentiful amenities for basic needs. We enjoyed all of the beach gear! Small drawback: we had to rent a beach wagon. We had two maintenance issues our first night with a bedroom door and the freezer, but maintenance was prompt and friendly, and resolved our issues within an hour. The summer tradewinds kept this unit very comfortable! As long as you keep the shutters open, it promotes great airflow. Note: There is a sleeper sofa available that is not mentioned in the description. What a lovely, inviting place to stay!

What an amazing location! It’s just a short walk to a beautiful and kid-friendly beach, which we took advantage of all hours of the day. Poipu is an awesome area and we lived staying there. The primary bedroom, bathroom and lanai (second floor of unit, third of the building) are amazing - it’s where we spent most of our time. The first floor of the unit (kitchen, family room, dining area, smaller bedroom) lacks natural light, but is comfortable, and the lanai is nice. Kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and flatware, but lacks spices and oils/vinegars. Property management is friendly and was very responsive when we had minor issues arise. We also really appreciated that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a cooler all available to us, plus a high chair and pack and play when we asked. Overall, a great place to stay for our family.,

The actual condo is nice but the listing says ocean view. You’d have to sit very awkwardly in that top bedroom balcony to see the ocean. I would not consider this an ocean view and as a result, the rental fee should be lower. Was very warm most nights of our stay - no AC and the trade winds were calm so it was very warm to sleep.

We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back. Great ocean views from patio. Walkable to beach and restaurant. When we weren’t exploring the splendor of Kuaui we cooked great meals at home and enjoyed some cozy evenings watching movies in the comfortable living room! Close to great shops and restaurants too!
