We had a wonderful time on the island on our family vacation. A nice bottle of wine was left for us chilled in the refrigerator, which was much appreciated. The condo accommodates for eight people, master bedroom downstairs and an additional bedroom with a second restroom. Upstairs a bedroom with its own restroom and a loft with two twin beds and shutters for privacy. The kitchen had everything you needed to make you feel at home. Keep in mind you will need to purchase spices, storage bags and all groceries you will need for your stay. Provided by Suite Paradise, starter TP, starter Kauai coffee, delish! Enough to get you through until you head to the grocery store. Walmart is close by and also Safeway. It was close to everything, great location! Poipu Athletic Club was great, we really enjoyed ourselves there, just down the street. We were comfortable in the condo and had a great time! We made wonderful memories in beautiful Kauai :)

Great location. 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, I loved watching the sunset each evening. Great location near old town Koloa and fitness center access was wonderful. The AC in the bedroom kept it nice and cool. I would love to stay here again!

I actually had some reservations because the condo still had so few reviews...... But my doubts were completely unfounded! The condo was absolutely perfect for us. Very quiet location, strictly no noise from neighbors, very close walking distance from the beach. Well equipped (it really had everything you needed and of course much more!) and very spacious. Very close to the pool, which also has an ocean view! Also the contact with the owner was exemplary. I can only highly recommend everything and am already looking forward to my next visit.

We needed space for a large family. This condo was originally a second space for one family to stay in. It was reasonable, close to the ocean, pool access, AC and we could get two condos fairly close together. The large condo (not with Suite Paradise) was sold and put us in a bind, but thankfully we kept this condo. We kept it because we could get three rental cars w/Suite Paradise for ($990 total for the week). When rental cars were in demand, we had three (2 Jeep Wranglers, and 1 SUV) for lower than the price of one car. What a treat! We had a little problem with one car, but Malea and her AVIS rep worked it out and got us the car. Malea was truly kind and helpful. The Manu 606 was surprisingly better than the pictures. Great place for 2-4 people. We also used one of SP's pack & plays. The group that stayed in Manu 606 enjoyed the gym as well. Location is central to many activities and easy access to several beaches (walking distance).

We had an amazing experience here. It was a great central location, the weather was wonderful. The condo is stocked with nearly everything you would need (would have been nice to have some lotion). It was pretty warm in the main part of the condo but the bedroom had an ac unit which was wonderful. We spent little to no time in the main part of the condo anyway because we were out and about. The bed was extremely comfortable. You can see the ocean if you are standing on the back patio, but if you are sitting down you cannot because the plants in the back are too tall. This was a bummer for me but overall this was an awesome place!

We loved the community, close location to the beach, and the layout of the condo. It did get rather warm in the condo. Thank goodness there were fans for us to use. Great pool, covered parking, convenient BBQ grills, and quiet.

Manualoha 606 far exceeded our expectations. Location in Poipu was perfect for getting out to all our planned adventures. The space in the condo was much larger than I expected and every detail was included in the planning. Washer and dryer inside the unit was a life saver. Very happy with our stay and would stay there 100 more times!

This home, while part of the Manualoha property, and the overall Poipu Kai resort, felt like we were secluded and separate from everyone else. We rarely heard our neighbors, even while on the lanai. There is a partial ocean view and you can hardly even see other condos from the windows. Just lush foliage and ocean. We would definitely go back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as we might have hoped. Even with a late arrival, check in couldn't have been easier. The unit was great and having a kitchen fully stocked with every imaginable pan and utensil made meals a breeze. We would love to come back!

we didn't actually stay in unit 606.. we stayed in a different unit, however.. it was very nice,had great amenities, and we even were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and a couple days worth of coffee. the pool was nice, and we were close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again..

The unit was very nice with a remodeled kitchen and bath, very light and bright unit with ocean view from the lanai. The only drawback was that it faced south so we had sun all afternoon and the unit got very warm from about 11AM til sunset. Also there were not many amenities available such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, cool case, etc. There were no condiments when we arrived, not even salt & pepper so we needed to buy everything as soon as we arrived. It was however a very pleasant unit overall.

Clean and quiet location, off busy roads. Peek a boo view of the magnificent Pacific ocean. Watched sunset from lanai. Updated and well appointed. Linens and towels provided along with beach towels and chairs. We brought our own snorkeling gear but there was also some in the condo. The beach is a short five minute walk. During our stay, they wanted to spray the interior for insects. Our request was respected when we asked them not to while we were there.

We stayed for 10 days and MN 606 had everything to help make it a great week. This unit is up to date with a great kitchen, large shower, full-size washer/dryer, and view of the sunset from the patio. It also had boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and noodles in one of the closets. This is also a very quiet area and we rarely heard our neighbors.we will be staying here on our next trip to Kauai. Also, be sure to plan a Walmart/Costco trip in Lihue to get the best deal on food as the local markets are quite expensive.
