Important Notice: Ongoing Roofing Project in the Manualoha Community

We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be 
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
 In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates 
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with 
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not 
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this 
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your 
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking 
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by 
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

Splendidly remodeled and upgraded with new furnishings in 2021, Manualoha 404 in the renowned Poipu Kai Resort offers all the thrills of the perfect tropical retreat.  This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is surrounded by a flourishing landscape of blooming plumeria trees, swaying palms and bougainvillea hedges tickled with sprawling lawns leading to fantastic Poipu Beaches.
Manualoha 404 is a first and second-floor townhouse-style home.  The entrance is located on the ground floor and embodies:
*Master suite with king-size bed and AC for cooling comfort.  Enjoy lovely ocean and garden views from bed.  A flat-screen television with streaming capabilities.
*Ensuite master bathroom with dual vanity sinks, walk-in glass block shower, and separate tub for relaxing bubble baths.
*Master suite lanai with a table for two to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail and two lounge chairs to revel in the ocean and mountain views.  
*Guest suite with two twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed (upon request).  A flat-screen television with streaming capabilities.
*Guest bath with tiled shower stall
*Laundry with washer and dryer.
Meander to the spacious second floor to enjoy:
*Generous living area with high ceilings, large lanai doors, and tall cathedral windows.  Comfortable new *2021 living area furnishings including a sofa with singular side chairs and ottoman.  A huge 65” television is perfect for catching a favorite game or movie.  AC unit for cooling pleasure with ceiling fans to enhance the AC or without AC, Kauai’s tropical breezes.
*Living area lanai offering panoramic views of the azure Pacific Ocean, majestic mountain views meticulously manicured lawns, and an array of tropical flora. High bar table with seating for two.
*A fully equipped kitchen with maple wood cabinetry and granite countertops.  Stainless steel refrigerator including freezer, stove range with oven, microwave, and dishwasher.  Additional amenities include a percolating coffeemaker, blender, cutlery, silverware, dishware, cookware and bakeware.
*Bar stool seating for three along the kitchen bar.
*Remodeled half-bathroom
The garden courtyard offers a community gas grill and picnic area close to Manualoha 404.  Perfect for evening dinners in an open-air setting.  Feel like a different setting?  The Manualoha complex has several other community gas grills and picnic areas that any group may enjoy.  One is located within the Manualoha oceanfront swimming pool area which is only steps from this beautiful home. The Poipu Kai Resort pool and jacuzzi located next to Kalapaki Joe's restaurant are also only a 1-2 minute walk from Manualoha 404.  Brenneckes and Poipu Beach Park are only 3-4 minutes walk to the west of this home and Shipwreck's Beach is 8-10 minutes walk to the east.  Scenic walks, hikes, shopping, restaurants, tours, golf, surfing, snorkeling, diving and so much more are within a 1/2-mile to 3-mile radius of Manualoha 404.
Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership is included with reservation for registered guests.  Located only a 1/4 mile from Manualoha 404, the club offers a resort-style pool with a waterslide, toddler sand pool, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, gym, and the Cabana restaurant.
*Maximum occupancy and sleeping arrangements for 6 guests (children inclusive).
*Spectrum Internet Service with Wifi up to 100 Mbps
*Telephone - Free calling local, U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico
*Linens, bath, and beach towels included.
*Liquid dishwashing soap was provided and replenished.
*Pod dishwashing soap for the dishwasher was provided and replenished.
*A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, trash bags, hand soaps, bath gel, shampoo, coffee, creamer, and sugar is provided however not replenished.
*4 Beach chairs

This was our first trip to Kauai. We really loved the location and the condo was a great fit for us (two adults). It was a quick walk to Poipu Beach and a short drive from shopping and restaurants and other great beaches. The area was fairly quiet, but there was some noise from passing people and birds, but it wasn't bad. Having the a/c on helped with the noise. The a/c units were a great addition! The trades were blowing well during our stay but it would get very warm upstairs during the day because of all the windows. But I loved all those windows because this is a corner unit and that allowed for more views! We could see the ocean from the balcony and see sunrise from the living room and kitchen. The condo had everything we could have needed. Parking near the condo was very convenient, and it was covered so the car stayed cool. We did call for assistance with an issue (it was user error on my part) and the customer service was excellent! Check-in and out was very easy. If we are fortunate to make a return trip, I will definitely look into booking with Suite Paradise again.

This was our first experience doing a Hawaii destination in a condo versus a resort/hotel I have to say this property was in a great location nestled amongst great beaches, close shopping, and the resorts. Unit 404 was overall outstanding. We traveled as a family of four, with 11 year old twins. This unit is in the perfect location with a great view of the grounds and ocean in the distance. The close proximity to the beach path, restaurant, pool and restaurant was also a bonus. The beach directly in front of the property was great. The kids spent hours boogie boarding and swimming with the turtles (yes, turtles were very often seen close to shore at our home beach). We really didn't need to move the car unless we were going off property. The unit does run a bit warm in the summer, but large AC unit upstairs in smaller on in the master bedroom downstairs did its part to keep us comfortable. The only room without AC was the twin bed room, also downstairs. There is a floor and ceiling fan that helps, but this room was pretty warm. The kids didn't seem to mind. We took good care of the unit and treated it as our own home for the week. It was in great shape, clean and had a lot of amenities. The upstairs 1/2 bath was convenient. Everything you need is stocked (minus coffee filters, but we left a box). There was a two day supply of Kauai coffee to get you started. All the bath and pool towels plus bath and body soaps are provided with adequate amounts. There were two boogie boards, two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, tennis racket, and a beach umbrella in the hallway closet which was a pleasant surprise. We have no complaints and would definitely stay in this unit again if returning to Kauai. One minor issue we encountered was with the dryer, as the dryer door kept popping open when we ran loads. We believe the issue to be a bent or worn out door catch. We were able to survive regardless of this minor issue.

Final note and the only thing that was kind of frustrating for us was with Kalapaki Joe's - the onsite restaurant. Although very convenient with great vibes and good food, the staff was less than pleasant and had many strange rules. On day one, after a long travel day and delayed flight and rental car, we put our name in to eat with about a 30 minute wait for a table. The hostess would not allow us to walk over to the bar (5 feet) and purchase a cocktail while we waited for a table. We had never heard of such a thing, let alone in a resort setting. She said it was a rule they had to "keep things moving." Later in the week, a family we were traveling with staying in a different unit was told they could not be sat for dinner at 7:15pm because the restaurant was closing at 9pm. Kind of strange. Maybe it was a staffing issue. Needless to say, we kind of ended up avoiding this restaurant despite its convenience factor.

Overall - a wonderful and memorable experience.

The location of this unit is one of the better in the Poipu Kai resort. There is an ocean view and quick walk to pool and beach.

The place was very big, and the two floors and the floorplan were perfect furs us (family with 3 little kids). View and access to the beach were just amazing, equipment and facilities were great and in a good shape. We would recommend the apartment and go there again.

Suite Paradise was very communicative and sent us the information for check in and directions well in advance. the GM cares about customer service! When we had a small issue, he took care of ut immediately and was thankful for receiving the feedback. We would go back again and stay with suite paradise!

I took my parents to Hawaii and decided Suite Paradise offered exactly the kind of condo we were looking for -- close to the water, quiet residential feel... I was right! We had a wonderful stay and Suite Paradise staff were great! I made the mistake of renting my car through "dollar rent-a-car" big mistake -- I should have rented it through Suite Paradise. We had such a great time, my parents want to do it again next year.

I stayed here with my husband, parents and toddler for a week in January. It was larger than I expected from the online photos and the appliances were nicer as well. It had everything we needed to cook and live comfortably. It was an easy walk to the beach and 2 pools, perfect for a toddler. I would definitely stay here again! I might look into a ground floor unit next times so the kids can just run outside without having to go downstairs.

Manualoha 404 is simply perfect! We vacationed in this unit for 11 nights and enjoyed every aspect. The unit has obviously been renovated in recent years. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is fantastic as it provides you with an ocean view from the kitchen and just a short walk to the best beach on the southern end of the island. The grounds offers two very basic pools which we utilized very little as we chose to enjoy the beaches and explore the island. Additionally, Suite Paradise offers a great activity concierge service that will assist with booking any number of outings you may be interested in. They also have all of your beach equipment available for rental at a very reasonable price and deliver it right to your unit. Tom our agent was incredible! All of his suggestions and advice were helpful and incredibly accurate. As a family of four we travel a great deal and this truly was a vacation! We fell in love with Kauai and will definitely return in the future.
