It's always tricky trying to decide where to stay when you have never been some place before. This was a fabulous condo with gorgeous views of the ocean and in a great location with multiple beaches within walking distance. The condo was as advertised. Suite Paradise was great to work with. We would definitely recommend it.

We’ve stayed at Poipu Kai properties since the early 90’s and have always loved our visits. No exception on this trip. The Suite Paradise staff was very responsive to our maintenance request and friendly the entire time. Manualoha 403 is a very nice and comfortable condo, however, I gave it 4 stars on the experience because the living room would get fairly warm every late afternoon and evening. These units rely on louvers on allow the trade winds to naturally cool the rooms but and most of the time we enjoy the breezes, which add to the appeal, but unfortunately during this trip the afternoons were in the mid to high 80’s which meant 85-89 degree breezes. The saving grace is that both bedrooms have AC so sleeping was very comfortable.

It is a good place. Easy to find. Close to the beach. Every facility maintains good. The staff is warming and easy communicating. I have spent a great time and in it. Definitely recommended.

We stayed in Manualoha 403 for 1 week in May 2019. Without a doubt, we would come back to Suite Paradise and request this unit again! The pics on this site are very representative of the property and amenities. This is a very beautiful, clean, and quiet property that is very well furnished, spacious, and clean. Good sized kitchen with almost every cooking utensil that one could expect to need or think of. Marble countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing lacking, in my opinion, was cooking oil. Salt and Pepper are provided. Drip coffee maker, filters, and small starter pack of coffee provided. Toaster provided. The fridge has an auto ice maker which was very nice and they even have 2 freezer packs to use for a cooler, however, there was no cooler provided. Cooking pans, Tupperware, multiple place settings all provided. The dishwasher is very nice and works great. Plenty of soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc provided. Cable TV worked great, tons of channels. Wifi Internet also worked great all the time. We didn't watch much TV and pretty much streamed Hulu and Netflix when we wanted to watch something. Steamed on our devices, there was no option to cast to the TVs in the unit (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). All bedrooms are downstairs and there are 2 large AC units tethered to the windows (one in each bedroom) that work really really well. We like to sleep in freezing cold and that was easily achieved with these units. No AC upstairs fyi. Closet downstairs has 1 mask/snorkel, 1 boogie board, and multiple sets of fins, beach chairs, and even a beach umbrella, Tons of linens and towels provided and even bathrobes! There was also more than enough bar hand soap, shampoo, and body wash to last the entire stay. The master bed is a king that was very comfortable. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a door out of the lower level to walk to the beach but our keys did not work on that lock. Keys opened the front door only. The walk to Brennecke beach (closest beach) is fairly short, several hundred yards down a path. The much larger Poipu Beach several hundred more yards past that. Great snorkeling at Poipu Beach.

Beautiful, spacious 2 level condo with terrific views - ocean view on the upstairs balcony so comfortable with great trade winds & spacious lanai downstairs that extends upon the verdant expansive lawn. Clean & very well equipped in every regard - kitchen, baths, bedrooms, beach supplies & outside community on lawn clean large Weber gas BBQ lighted at night. Such a great maintained condo community. Twas a joy to experience!

Much better than expected amenities; e.g., the kitchen was equipped with higher quality items than the usual condo. Nice to have Netflix on the two bedroom TVs and the complete selection of channels on upstairs TV. Great location. The nicest pool we've seen in Poipu condo complex.

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo. It is a two-level condo with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living space above. It has two lanais, one off the master bedroom and one on the second floor. It is very close to the pathway down to the ocean/beach and across from the tennis courts. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and there is also a large walk-in closet. Very nice.

Poipu is an excellent location on Kauai, being central to everything and easy to get anywhere. Lots of great restaurants and shopping a short drive away. House was spacious, great views, comfortable. Provided everything you could need for the beach too, boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc.

Suite Paradise helped with cigar smoking renter next door

Nice place and location. We arrived in the dark and had a nice sleep but woke to cigar smoke bellowing into the master bedroom. Soon the all of the bedrooms were filled with cigar smoke. Who smokes a cigar at 7 in the morning?? Our son with asthma began his first day in paradise coughing. There is a law in Hawaii that you can't smoke within 20 feet of a lanai. There are only shutters over screen for windows making it totally impossible to shut out smoke. It was nauseating. We left the condo to get away from the stench hoping it would stop. After returning from the beach it started up again. We called the Suite Paradise desk and they informed us that the condo next to us was managed by a different company but they would do their best to help and would call the other company and inform them. Their call apparently worked because the neighbors (after a bit of loud cursing and a few last horrid cigars the next morning) left the condo and a Service Master truck spent a solid 4 hours cleaning the carpets of the unit beside us. After that we had a calm relaxing vacation with tropical breezes and birds tweeting. We were happy with Suite Paradise and would love to go back to the same unit.
