underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
 In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates 
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with 
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not 
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this 
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your 
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking 
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by 
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

It was our first time in Kaua’i so I wasn’t sure where to stay but knew I wanted something that we could walk to the beach from. This place was perfect and had more within walking distance than I expected! The place was well stocked and had some updates not shown in the photos. The living room furniture is updated and very nice, but the couch is not a pull out bed. I had to request a fold up bed that we left set up in the living room- which they promptly delivered. The management company is very friendly and all communication was easy.

We were very happy with our condo! It was bright, clean and a very nice space. You can walk to the beaches easily and the pool was amazing with an ocean view. The staff were friendly and we’d definitely come back again. The amenities were great too with beach chairs, snorkel gear, a beach tent, plenty of towels, and complimentary coffee and wine chilled in the refrigerator. A nice touch! I especially enjoyed the main living room. I liked the decor and it was steps away from the deck with the ocean view. We enjoyed many dinners out there. We recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Suite Paradise. Ocean view, bright sunny main floor, fully stocked kitchen and walking distance to the beach. Fabulous happy hour at Kalapaki Joe’s. Perfect.

This apartment is wonderful. It's a short walk to the beach and comes with access to a few beautiful pools. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen/living area is very comfortable. We have young children so cooked most dinners at home and loved having a comfortable space to hang out in and cook. Loved having the balcony to watch the sunset over the ocean. Highly recommend staying here!

The condo was nicely furnished and stocked. The complex is quiet and beautiful. Nice pool overlooking the ocean. Great nearby beaches for bodyboarding, surfing, kids, seal/turtle watching, and snorkeling. Cool shops and restaurants nearby. Not high-end like some parts of the north shore, but very nice - more our speed.

We stayed in Manualoha 1105 and were nervous due to it having no reviews, but were pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. Building 11 is the most inland building in the Manualoha complex (of 11 buildings), but is only a short walk down to Brennecke's Beach and the pool area. It is a moderate walk ( ~ half mile) to many other places like the Hyatt, Shipwreck's Beach, Poipu Beach Athletic Club, Little Fish coffee, etc. This area of Poipu is relatively dense so it can get noisy depending on who your neighbors are. We found the master bedroom remained pretty quiet in the evenings. There are quiet hours in the complex, so I assume if you had any issues you could take it up with management and they would attempt to handle it. The unit itself is massive. It is the top two floors of a three-floor townhouse building. There is plenty of parking next to the unit. The unit is designed for air flow, to keep cool at night, so you'll want to keep the windows open. I found the photos to be very accurate - we even saw the turtles and seals, as pictured! The management company was very responsive. We would definitely stay in this or another one of their units in the future.

We came as a large family group this year with 2 units. As last year we immensely enjoyed our stay and amenities in the condo this year.
We have rebooked a smaller unit for New Years 2019~haven’t departed but already looking forward to it.

We "took a chance" and rented a Poipu Kai condo via the web from Suite Paradise - the "chance" part was that the unit to be assigned would be determined by Suite Paradise at the time of check-in. (In the past we've always rented specific units from various agencies that have Poipu Kai condos available.) We had a great experience! This was the best condo and location we've had yet, out of a half dozen or so times we've gone there. Great condo, great service, great location relative to our favorite beaches - everything exceeded our expectations.

My husband and two young children stayed here and loved it. Very comfortable condo on 2nd & 3rd floor, it has one very large master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath, and a smaller bedroom with a queen bed and a bath by the laundry in the hallway. Our favorite features are the lanais overlooking the ocean. The condo is 300 yards from the pool overlooking the ocean and 400 yards from the boogie-boarding/sea turtle beach. Next to that beach is a children's beach, and following that beach is the surfing training beach. All perfectly walkable for moderately fit people. You can also walk to a fresh fruit stand run by a farmer. We enjoyed the oceanside trail to the Hyatt for running, and past that, for hiking out to the beautiful turquoise-sea of Mahaulepu Beach. There's shopping nearby, and plenty of outdoorsy things to do on Kauai. Although sunny Poipu supports a big retirees-and-their-extended families population, Kauai is fantastic for active families. The one thing I would say about this unit 1105 Manualoha is that, as repeat visitors, we have found it is very well stocked with kitchen equipment, beach play gear, games and books for all ages, and island guides.
