Important Notice: Ongoing Roofing Project in the Manualoha Community

We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be 
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
 In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates 
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with 
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not 
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this 
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your 
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking 
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by 
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

We appreciate your understanding during this time and remain committed to ensuring you have a pleasant stay!

Set in the lush tropical landscape of the Manualoha complex in the majestic Poipu Kai Resort, Manualoha 1005 is the perfect home away from home. Verdant lawns, immaculate palm trees and a variety of fragrant blossoms surround the spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home.  The serene and relaxed atmosphere will allow all of your cares to drift away on the sweet and blissful Kauai breeze.
Manualoha 1005 is a second and third-floor townhouse style home.  The second floor is equipped with:
*A generously large living room area including a 60" flatscreen TV, DVD/CD player and double Sleeper Sofa.
*Dining area with seating for 4 guests.
*Remodeled, open kitchen concept with granite countertops and stainless steel refrigerator including freezer, stove range with oven, microwave, and dishwasher.  Additional amenities include a percolating coffeemaker, blender, cutlery, silverware, dishware, cookware, and bakeware.
*Bar stool seating for 3 guests.
*Recessed and pendulum lighting brightens and enhances the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
*Ceiling fans augment Kauai's cool tradewinds.
*Spacious lanai overlooking the gardens hosts a dining table for 4 guests and one lounge.
*Guest bedroom with comfy Queen bed.
*Guest bathroom with shower/tub combo.
*Laundry with washer and dryer.
The master suite is a sanctuary that encompasses the third level of this lovely home and includes:
*Plush King bed.
*Large flatscreen TV.
*Seating area perfect for reading a book or doubling as a work area with a desk.  
*En-suite master bathroom with double vanity sinks, shower stall with separate bathtub area.
*Large walk-in closet.
*Two private lanai areas. Oceanside lanai has a peek-a-boo view of the Pacific Ocean on the horizon.  The garden side lanai overlooks the Manualoha courtyard.
*Large cathedral-like windows provide natural sunlight to fill the suite.
*Ceiling fans and jalousied windows allow for the ocean breezes to filter through.
The garden courtyard offers a community gas grill and picnic area close to Manualoha 1005.  Perfect for evening dinners in an open-air setting.  Feel like a different setting?  The Manualoha complex has several other community gas grills and picnic areas that any group may enjoy.  One is located within the Manualoha oceanfront swimming pool area which is only a 2-3 minute walk from this beautiful home. The Poipu Kai Resort pool and jacuzzi located next to Kalapaki Joe's restaurant are also only a 2-3 minute walk from Manualoha 1005.  Brenneckes and Poipu Beach Park are only 4-5 minutes walk to the west of this home and Shipwreck's Beach is 8-10 minutes walk to the east.  Scenic walks, hikes, shopping, restaurants, tours, golf, surfing, snorkeling, diving and so much more are within a 1/2-mile to 3-mile radius of Manualoha 1005.
Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership is included with your reservation for your registered guests.  Located only a 1/4 mile from Manualoha 1005, the club offers a resort-style pool with a waterslide, toddler sand pool, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, gym, and the Cabana restaurant.
*Maximum occupancy and sleeping arrangements for 6 guests (children inclusive).
*Spectrum Ultra Internet Service with Wifi up to 400 Mbps
*Telephone - Free calling local, U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico
*Linens, bath, and beach towels included.
*Liquid dishwashing soap was provided and replenished.
*Pod dishwashing soap for the dishwasher was provided and replenished.
*A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, trash bags, hand soaps, bath gel, shampoo, coffee, creamer, and sugar is provided however not replenished.
*4 Beach chairs 
*One undesignated parking stall is included with the reservation.

This listing was better than expected. The location was great! We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. We loved using the beach chairs and ice chest provided. We saw whales multiple times from the upper balcony.

This was a beautiful stay for my family of four! Loved the proximity to Poipu beach! there were 3 outdoor relaxing lanai’s, great beds and a big kitchen with everything we needed! There was no AC, but the tradewinds flowing through the windows and sliders was Amazing in July! We loved the athletic beach area and the gym was fabulous providing my two sons with plenty of things to do like swim, basketball and working out! Awesome Bonus! Would definitely recommend!

Our condo had everything we needed for our party of 5. The complex had fantastic amenities such as pool, large spa, tennis courts, community grills & tables plus an easy stroll to Brennen’s & Poipu beaches. Unit had beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrellas & snorkel gear. Everything was clean upon check-in and even had complimentary bottle of wine. This was perfect after a long day of travel. Loved that guests didn’t have to clean upon check-out. Will be back

We really enjoyed this spot which feels centrally located to everything you would want in Poipu, and a shortish drive to Waimea Canyon and attractions along the South Coast of Kauai. It's a very reasonable walk to Shipwreck Beach and a short walk to Brennecky (sp?) and Poipu beaches meaning at times we could leave the need for a car behind. Great location to start morning walks and hikes along the South Shores and cliffs, easily drivable to the many good restaurants and attractions in the Poipu area. Comfortable and breezy Lanai with a pleasant view, kitchen is well appointed to make breakfasts and evening drinks/appetizers. Was convenient that condo had beach chairs and other beach gear. Use the condo community pools was nice too. Thanks!
