Important Notice: Ongoing Roofing Project in the Manualoha Community

We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be 
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
 In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates 
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with 
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not 
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this 
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your 
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking 
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by 
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

Excellent vacation stay and location for our family vacation to Poipu. Walkable to the beach, quiet, clean, well equipped. Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership was a big win - allowed us to work out, and teens were able to use the gym and play basketball too. Suite Paradise was super responsive and helpful.

Overall great !!! No air conditioning just fans and it was in the 90s . Great to have pickleball on site. Front desk was great. Great stay and do recommend. Do not book through Air B and B - direct with the resort is cheaper.

Beautiful location! Worked pretty well for my family of 4, though odd door styles gives you very little privacy anywhere. We loved the location and easy access to 3 pools as well as the ocean.

Great and peaceful location. Loved drinking coffee on the patio while the chickens and other birds put on a show for our baby. Very relaxing. Super walkable—plenty of beaches and pools and restaurants within easy walking. Quick drives to others. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the location near Poipu park. It was a great launch point for both the east coast and south/west coasts of the island as well as being good for short walks to several nearby beaches. The apartment was well outfitted with three coolers and all the basic kitchen necessities. We also appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. The washer/dryer worked well. We did experience a problem with the wifi, but the service response was quick and the problem was resolved.
