Important Notice: Ongoing Roofing Project in the Manualoha Community

We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be 
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
 In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates 
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with 
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not 
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this 
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your 
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking 
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by 
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

We appreciate your understanding during this time and remain committed to ensuring you have a pleasant stay!

Was a great experience even for our family of 6 with 4 kids. They gave us 2 roll away cots to use. The beaches and 2 pools were only a small quick few minute walk away. Very doable. The athletic club access was a plus with the waterfall and pool slide. My daughter and I played a nice round of pickleball. Close to many good restaurants and shops. Try the Honey Toast dessert at Uncles! Highly recommend for your stay in Kawaii.

Kuaui is a great place and the condo we stayed was perfect to make our trip enjoyable and memorable. The host was really friendly, responsive and accommodative. The condo was clean and pleasant for the stay. The location, surroundings and amenities were great! It was very close to two beautiful beaches and we enjoyed our time at the pool too! Great overall and would definitely come back!

This property felt like home. The house was clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver. The pool and beach were close by, just a short walk to both. I hope I get to come back one day.

This is a very cute condo, older but well-maintained. Ample room for our family and we enjoyed the parents retreat upstairs while the kids slept downstairs. It is walking distance to the beach, but we chose to drive most of the time. Good street access too so we could explore the island easily. It's not obvious from the listing, but this condo does NOT have A/C (like most places on the island). It is well-ventilated and has ceiling fans throughout. Just in case that's something future renters would like to know. Also, we had a roll-out bed for our third child, but there isn't room in the bedroom for it, so that kid slept in the living room. No big deal, but again a detail that's helpful if you have adults or need more privacy. We would totally rent this place again.

Property was perfectly located within walking distance to a couple amazing beaches. We enjoyed several local restaurants within a few miles of the resort. We will visit again and certainly consider this unit if available.

From the minute my husband and I walked in it felt like a comforting family spot. We were blown away that the kitchen was so stocked with ALL appropriate utensils, anything needed to cook a full meal. The place was clean and very private. We will definitely consider it for another trip.

Had 5 nights on our first trip to Kauai, very impressed with this lush island. The house and resort were very well maintained. Kauai is the cleanest place I’ve ever been, no litter anywhere. The house was great for my family with two kids. The beach at Poipu is a perfect local area where we saw Monk Seals at sunset- unreal! Hanalei was a beautiful area, Tunnels beach is stunning and saw 4 turtles. 5 nights was not long enough.

Weather was crappy but resort was excellent. Our unit was roomy, well-furnished, clean and comfortable; very complete and usable inventory of dishes, cooking utensils; even a supply of floaties snorkel gear and boogie boards. Grounds of complex were clean and well maintained. Pools and whirlpools were clean. Access to beach was close. We have stayed there twice and would easily do it again.

It was a wonderful stay at Manualoha 1001. The condo was very spacious and had a very homily feel to it. The unit was very spacious and has a great floor plan. The only challenge faced were the roosters that would wake us up at 4 am! Some suggestions for the owners would be to purchase a new knife block as theirs is currently old, blunt and many knives are missing. As well, the owners might want to think about keeping 1-2 extra pedestal fans in their storage closet in the unit for very hot days. One thing to look out for: the toilet on the main level is hidden behind the door that opens to the main level restroom. We only found that toilet on day 3 of our stay!
