Enjoy access to the many on-site amenities throughout your stay at the expansive Poipu Kai Resort. Would highly recommend this location. It was very clean and just a short walk to the beach. Also a very convenient location to use a base while exploring the rest of Kauai. Would absolutely stay again.

Loved our stay at Suite Paradise! Conveniently located near shops and a few beaches. Not too far from the airport, 1 1/2 hrs away from Hanalei, and only 25 mins from Lihue!

Awesome spot, highly recommend. Place looks just like the photos and has everything you’d need including some nice adders like beach chairs, beach bag, extra beach towels, etc. Kitchen is also well stocked and washer / dryer is nice to have during a longer stay. Would come back!

Recently remodeled Super Bathroom - double sinks, walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. Kitchens a bit tight but adequate, Comfortable Queen-sized bed, Walk-in Closet with tons of Hanging Space, Large Roomy Living Area. But no A.C. The place is toasty during the day and warm at night, even with ALL windows open and a slight breeze.

Back to Kauai after 7 years and this condo did not disappoint! Perfect spot to relax and have a restful sleep to recharge for new adventures. Perfect for a couple but our girls were fine using the blow up mattress. Very private back lanai close to BBQ and we never once had to wait to use to BBQ. I think word is out that Kauai is a beautiful place because everywhere was very busy and heavy traffic but you can walk to the beach and have 2 pools to use so if you dont feel like being part of the traffic rat race you didnt have to. I would like to mention that a phone in the room is needed. Overall a great stay. ***Garbage cleanup on the island needs to be addressed and we did our part wherever we went. Help keep Kauai beautiful ( visitors and locals alike) and clean up your trash please.

My husband and I love Poipu Kai and especially Kahala Condos. First the location is perfect to get to the Shipwreck Beach, the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail, and Poipu Beach. This is the first time we have stayed at Kahala 813. We were so happy with the property. It is completely renovated with new appliances, flooring, and furniture. The kitchen is beautiful and is stocked with everything you need, however you must bring all your own spices. Be prepared to shop for all your food items, or eat out. I love the updated shower and bathroom. The unit has overhead fans in every room as well as excellent shutters to let in the breeze. We enjoyed eating our meals on the very private and relaxing patio. I give this a perfect five star review! Mahalo Tom and Linda for sharing your home.

We loved staying at this property. It was close to the beaches and pools. We enjoyed the lanai and privacy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The tradewinds kept things cooler. There were plenty of fans to move the air through the condo. We will definitely book again!! Mahalo

The unit is exactly as depicted on the web sites. Clean, comfortable, and VERY WELL STOCKED. The bed is comfortable and the linens & toweling perfect weight for Hawaii. We particularly were grateful for the beach chairs. There are water spigots at both the front door and on the lanai for rinsing sand. This is a huge bonus for picky people, since we like to keep things clean throughout our stay. As I am a frequent traveler, I can assure you that the owners have put a great deal of thought into providing comfort and convenience. We really love Kauai’s chickens, and although we did not feed them, they were friendly, and curious, without being intrusive. The pool was also clean and peaceful. I not only recommend this unit, but hope to rebook next year myself.
