This contemporary 1000 sq. ft. condominium leaves nothing to be desired with a light and bright open living room, comfortable island-style furnishings, an updated kitchen, and a splendid master bedroom offering a plush king-sized bed, standing A/C for comfort, and a large walk-in shower. After a busy day, enjoy the comfortable and spacious interior, cook a lavish meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or spend a quiet evening on the spacious and private lanai to take in the amazing garden courtyard views. Whether inside or out, you will appreciate the trade winds that maintain our mild climate year-round!
Enjoy access to the many on-site amenities throughout your stay at the expansive Poipu Kai Resort. Take a refreshing dip in either of the two community swimming pools or visit the Poipu Beach Athletic Club for a complete workout, or an exhilarating pick-up game of tennis, pickleball, or basketball. Stroll along meandering pathways through this pristine 70-acre garden paradise offering a sensory surprise of vibrant green lawns, an array of colorful florals, and lush tropical landscaping. If you love to barbecue, there are several community gas grills conveniently located for your use.

A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, trash bags, hand soaps, bath gel, shampoo, coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, and pepper is provided however not replenished.

Very neat and clean. Great location. Beautiful garden surroundings, green, songbirds and flowers, nice, pool and barbecue. Staff particularly helpful. Never heard of a moisture alarm before! The sound loud and screeching, was horrible, and a mystery to this mainlander, but a nice man came to help. My 44th visit since 1992, I know the area well.Good Stay.

Condo was great for my wife and I. Kitchen well stocked although no staples such as salt, pepper or cooking oil. 10 minute walk or less to the nearby Poipu beaches. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! There is no ac, but it was plenty cool at night. The location is great...we loved taking our chairs and cooler down to the beach every night to watch the sunset

We stayed here on a short getaway with friends and enjoyed the proximity to everything and well-equipped kitchen for entertaining and cooking. Quiet unit close to the beach and Grand Hyatt hotel and bed was comfortable. Great value for the money!

We stayed for our honeymoon and perfect is the only way to describe our time in Kahala 812! The condo is clean and spacious, with everything needed (even washer & dryer!). Located walking distance to beaches and restaurants, we won’t soon forget this incredible trip.

This is a very nice condo in a great location in Poipu. Many restaurants in walking distance and also to the beach. We had an assigned parking place which made it nice to not look for a place to park. Swimming pools also very close. We liked this unit enough to re-book it for 2018. Employees at Suite Paradise are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this unit

Nice roomy condo with a really nice open space off of the back patio. Good location from a couple of the beaches and walking distance to a few nice restaurants. We never used the pool but it also was close to the condo. I would highly recommend this unit

We had family in 3 other units and we felt ours was the best. Nice layout. Kitchen stocked well with appliances and dishes. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location. Loved it.
