Fanatic suite with an amazing view! The grounds are gorgeously kept and an easy walk to the beach. The place was stocked with anything you could need to entertain, and it was really nice to have the washer and dryer. There’s no AC as usual in Kauai but there was a nice standing unit in the bedroom.

Nice place. Everything matched the pics. Dishwasher wasn’t working so I sent a message. Thought it would take longer for them to respond so hand washed everything. They responded and said not to worry, they would create a repair ticket. Only has portable AC in the bedroom so be ready when it’s humid. Close to the beach and another resort. Easy to walk to a few places. Never used the pool but nothing fancy. Assigned parking was nice and they offer guest parking areas for family to visit. Welcome bottle of wine in the fridge and coffee was good.

This unit was perfect for our first stay in Kauai and our first leg of our trip spent on the south shore. Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach and Park, and Shipwreck Beach all within walking distance. Pictures were exactly accurate to the unit. We loved our Lanai for morning views of palm trees and the ocean in the distance and for insane night time stargazing. Grills and pool onsite. This unit is not for those who need A/C - the only room with A/C is the bedroom which was fine for us but it can get very warm in the unit. We found keeping the blinds closed during the day and using the fans provided in the screen door to the lanai were the best way to keep things on the cooler side. Literally everything you could ask for in a condo / airbnb!
