After a busy day, luxuriate in the newly remodeled shower with soothing overhead sprays and cobblestone tile flooring before falling into a peaceful slumber in the plush king-size bed in the master bedroom with standing air conditioning for your added comfort. A sofa sleeper in the living room and a twin-size bunk bed in a separate guest room, allow for a total of six guests to join you on an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway.
Enjoy access to the many on-site amenities throughout your stay at the expansive Poipu Kai Resort. After extensive research I picked this unit because it looked nice and it was near a pool / hot tub and walking distance to the beach. It was everything we wanted and more. I love that it was on the ground floor,yet it felt very private with all of the bushes in front of the small yard area. I noticed every other unit's patio is so exposed. Not this one! My kids love that they could walk to the pool and hot tub or explore the yard for lizards. We did not hear neighbors nor have anyone around us which was wonderful. We walked to the beach easily. Restaurants were walking distance. On our first night the air conditioner was not working well and it was very hot but, in the morning I left the property management know about the situation and the bedroom AC was replaced.. There is great airflow coming in through the windows. The screen that is supposed to go in front of the door did not work, but by the time I thought about letting the property management know about fixing, it we were about ready to leave so it didn't matter much. I love this place! If I could buy it I would.
*Note: the unit comes with two beach chairs and a collapsible ice chest.
* tip. I would not eat at the restaurant nearby; Kalapaki Joe's. I need to give them a separate review. But Brenneke's Beach boiler is much better and is just 5 minutes down the path.

This condo truly exceeded our expectations! Everything has been beautifully updated and decorated and it was such a peaceful, tranquil oasis for our poipu stay! We loved the location- had so much fun walking down to poipu beach each morning, and loved the location - it was so close to everything but was still so private, we loved it! The apartment had everything we needed for our two year old daughter, trips to the beach, and had the most comfortable beds! We will stay again the next time we come to Kauai! And thank you so much to our host for your recommendations and quick responses!

A lovely place. The condo’s location was terrific. The beach and pool are lovely. The bunkbeds in the second bedroom are a little small for two teenagers and there is no dresser in that room, but otherwise the condo is everything we could have asked for. The beds and linens were top notch and the kitchen had every amenity we wanted. I would stay there again.

I booked this property for my son, his wife, and 4 children ranging from 2-10. They absolutely loved it. It was clean, nicely decorated, and large enough (and equipped enough) that we cooked and served Thanksgiving dinner on the lanai to 14 people. The sofa sleeper was reported to be the "most comfortable sleeper ever". Additionally, they loved having the pool and hot tub for the kids as an alternative to the beach and also used the membership to the "Sports Club" for the waterslide and beautiful pickleball courts. Definitely a win!

Upgraded, pretty, clean, and very comfortable condo with an ocean view. We've been visiting for years and always try to stay at Kahala 112 when we can. We love the convenience of the location near the pool, beach, pickleball courts, restaurants, and walking paths. The condo is furnished very pretty and very comfortable. You can't beat this value.

We spent 5 nights here during our honeymoon and had an amazing time! The place is extremely spacious and beautiful. The grounds are clean and well looked after, and the location is incredibly convenient… quick access to pools, beaches, and adventure if you’re looking to venture out!

Loved our stay at Suite Paradise. The accomodations were great and loved the easy access to the pool and the short 10 min walk to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Being so close to Poipu Beach was a huge plus as well.
