Proudly managed by Suite Paradise Poipu If you are looking for a special place for an unforgettable honeymoon, romantic getaway, or a family vacation where anyone from grandparents, young children, and teenagers can be comfortable, then Lawai Beach 1401 is the place for you! This unit is one of the few at Lawai Beach that is owned by individual homeowners, as opposed to timeshare ownership, so you will feel and see the owners' personalized treatment of their condo. From your perch at the top floor, you will have a magnificent view of the garden and the blue Pacific across the street; where you can watch amazing sunrises and sunsets as you sip your tropical drink or morning coffee. Although snorkeling is a popular activity across the street, that is just a sampling of the myriad of ocean/water activities that you can experience throughout the island. The stretch of road as you turn right from the resort is perfect for morning runs or walks and leads to one of Kauai’s natural wonders - Spouting Horn. The unit itself is a comfortable home away from home, featuring a kitchen that is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, and the ever-important blender for mixing drinks, pots, dishes, and glassware. A washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience. There are 2 bathrooms and the master suite offers a Cal King bed and ocean view while the guest bedroom has two full-size beds. The open floor plan of the living room makes it possible to see the ocean from the kitchen. There are three pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, a mini-golf course, and barbecue grills. You will find incredible value, luxury, and relaxation during your stay here at Lawai Beach, allowing you to truly understand the meaning of “Hawaii Time.”

Just returned from a fantastic family vacation with my husband and 3 small children. We had a wonderful stay at Lawai Beach, and would definitely recommend staying here to others! Lots of families and small children in Poipu. We stayed for 10 days, and were all very comfortable in the condo. Location was great, easy accessibility to southern beaches, but we were also able to explore much of the island. The condo did have a wonderfully stocked kitchen with anything you'd need to prepare a meal, down to containers for leftovers. We really enjoyed the puzzles and game selection (LOTR Monopoly especially). Also the pool at Poipu Athletic Club was great when we were too tired to beach it. Thank you for allowing us to use the condo, we really enjoyed it and the beauty of Kauai!

Our vacation in Kauai was amazing. Having this condo at The Lawai Beach Resort made it even better. I was a little nervous flying in for an after hours check-in but everything regarding the key pick up was seamless and as promised by Suite Paradise. Plus their office is right on the way to the condo from the airport. The condo itself was very beautiful and being located on the top floor at the end of the walkway from the elevator made it perfect.
This next thing is important to me wherever I’m staying. No neighbor noise at all inside and minimal from down below and next door through open windows (only neighbors on one side). The crashing surf and sea breeze was lovely, serenading us while sipping drinks and snacking on the lanai, lulling us to sleep and greeting us in the morning through the open slider while sipping coffee in the comfy chairs positioned facing the ocean. The second bedroom isn’t extra special but well appointed and comfortable plus having the second bathroom was great. Ceiling fans are in every room (which I’m not sure was mentioned in the description but they may have been) and with the natural breeze, they made the top floor perfectly comfortable. As far as location, being a bit removed from the other resorts was preferable and, turns out, across the street is some of the best snorkeling on the south shore of Kauai. Not for young children though, definitely for confident ocean swimmers, mainly due to the rocky shore and strong shoreline waves. Calm waters once beyond the close breakers. Baby Beach is a short walk, however, and the main beach at Poipu Beach Park has a swimmable area appropriate for children.
Plus plus across the street from The Lawai Beach Resort was the delicious food at The Beach House restaurant not to mention the nightly sunset scene where people are welcome to wait on the grassy area for the beauty at the end of the day.
I would absolutely stay in this condo again and highly recommend you do too!

Absolutely amazing visit! Looking forward to a future stay already. You can’t beat the view or the location, most beautiful place I’ve ever been. The room conveniently had beach chairs and towels available. The kitchen had every single gadget and appliance you could think of. Most of our favorite beaches were just a short walk away, Baby Beach was a hit for the kids and snorkeling. I could have spent the whole day on the balcony, listening to the ocean and watching surfers. At the resort, we enjoyed the 3 different pools and hot tubs, tennis court and 18 hole putt-putt golf on the rooftop. We spent a portion of every single day at the Poipu Athletic Club (provided in the stay), riding the waterslide, listening to music and enjoying drinks poolside. The staff of Suite Paradise is very wonderful and welcoming, thank you all so much!

Our first extended family vacation to Kaua'i became exceptionally memorable by opting to stay at Lawai Beach Resort, unit 1401. This luxurious "rare" condo is exactly as depicted online, fulfilling all our expectations and beyond! Upon arrival, we were welcomed into a freshly cleaned condo, complete with chilled glasses and a bottle of wine awaiting us. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped; we had everything we needed! The decoration is elegantly tasteful throughout the space. The breathtaking view and spacious private lanai are truly captivating! It's the lanai where we spent most of our time, whether it was for dining or relaxing after a day of adventuring around Kaua’i. The grounds are immaculately maintained, and the amenities are welcoming and abundant. The owners have demonstrated exceptional hospitality and care for their guests in every conceivable manner! Furthermore, we would like to recognize Suite Paradise for their exceptional management services. Absolutely wonderful. The view from the lanai was amazing. Walking to the beach across the street was easy and there was great snorkeling and surfing right there. Wonderful sunsets, dark skies for viewing the stars, and ocean waves lulling you to sleep each night. The beds were very comfy and one of the kids even slept on a cot out on the lanai - so fun! There is a parakeet issue at dawn and dusk - 100s (maybe 1000s?) squawk their way to bed in the palms right outside your windows, but it only lasts about 10 minutes. We all have headphones to wear for sound reduction plus we were usually up early due to the time change, so didn’t bother us, but something to know. Overall absolutely pleased - probably the best rental we’ve ever had. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Kauai.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen and the unit was very large and spacious. The view was fabulous and we enjoyed eating dinner on the lanai. Snorkeling right across the street was a big plus and the condo was close to lots of activities on the south shore.

We loved this spacious condo with its oceanfront views! Beautifully decorated and updated-- with a lovely wooden ceiling that is only available in the top floor units. You won't want to leave the large lanai with its spectacular ocean views. You can get up close and personal with a large flock of parakeets that roosts in the palm trees around the resort from sunset to sunrise. The master bedroom also has spectacular ocean views and the guests who stay there can enjoy the sound of the ocean all night. Note: there is an elevator in the building-- but it is on the opposite side of the building from this unit.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our honeymoon. There are not many resorts that have ocean views and the lanai on this condo is where we spent every morning and every evening. With just the screen door closed, we got to listen to the waves every night and wake up again with that wonderful sound. This updated condo is very well done, with designer appliances and every small kitchen appliance you could ever want. The two bathrooms were good size and the bed was comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We hope to come back to Kauai and we would definitely want to stay here, again.

We couldn't have asked for more-- a lovely suite of rooms, well-decorated, immaculately clean and up-to-date, with well-supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, entertainment center, large lanai, and full oceans views from all rooms except one bedroom and bathrooms. Helpful management and a quiet beautifully maintained location were added bonuses. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return soon, even though we usually like to stay in places we've never been to before.

Thank you for a lovely vacation here! We couldn't be more pleased with our accommodations. The view of the ocean from the suite and its spacious lanai is gorgeous, and the suite itself is well-designed, immaculate, well-appointed with all we could need, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. In addition, I appreciate the high level of information you've given us to know what to expect, how to find you and other services, and opportunities for things to do. We've traveled to many places and like new experiences, but this is one of the few accommodations that we would gladly return to again—I don't think we could find better!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! It was perfectly maintained and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was beyond stocked with every gadget, utensil, appliance big or small you could think of. The bed was super comfortable. The double lanai was amazing! The amenities were great. The only thing I wish I noticed sooner was that the awesome grotto hot tub was at the building next door so we missed that the first night but then enjoyed it every remaining night of our stay. I could go on and on about how beautiful and perfect this place was. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the south of Kauai!

Very well equipped condo with an awesome view of the Ocean. Very practically located close to beaches, restaurants, grocery store and fitness club in Poipu Beach. Ideal for 4 people.

We loved EVERY SINGLE second of our stay! The condo was more beautiful than even the pictures portrayed. The communication at every stage of our trip, from prior to booking thru our stay was exceptional. This was our first Airbnb stay, so that was VERY reassuring. The location was absolutely AMAZING. EVERYTHING that we needed for our stay was within a less than 5 minute drive. Views were breathtaking! It was very humid the week of our stay, so no AC was a slight challenge a few times. But, it was cool at night, so it was more than comfortable for sleeping. Between the ceiling fans being so strategically placed and the breezes from the front and the back windows, we were very comfortable. This BEAUTIFUL, comfortable condo had EVERYTHING that we needed for... meals, beach, bath, etc. You'll love it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was very nicely updated with high end appliances, cabinets, counters, appliances and furnishing. The view and location were also perfect for visiting the south side of the island. Thank you.

This was our second year going to this fabulous spot. It is clean, well furnished with literally everything you will need to have a wonderful stay! The views are spectacular off the large lanai.

Everything about the condo and the facilities was top notch. The facilities/grounds were impecable. The grills were nearly new and always clean. The condo itself was in a perfect location, very well appointed (Tv's, wifi, cable TV, DVD movie selections, furniture, washer and dryer, etc). The condo was spotless when I arrived. I wish I could suggest improvements, but I can't. I can tell you that from hence forward, any trip to Kauai will be in this condo. Not sure I can say much more, except thank you for a wonderful 10 days in Paradise!

We have been traveling abroad on the island of Kauai for 18-years! We have always stayed our 1-week timeshare at the alii Bldg at Lawaii Beach Resort and 1-week somewhere else on the island. I was amazed at how nice and comfortable this place made us feel. Plenty of space and with lots of amenities. This is truly a home away from home atmosphere. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Thank You!

This home is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo right on the beach in Poipu! The home is comfortable and very up to date including the chef's kitchen equipped with anything you need to vacation in style. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation. Our family will definitely return.
