The private lanai offers lovely garden and courtyard views and is the perfect place to sit and read or enjoy a cup of morning coffee while watching the sunrise. We had a great trip and loved the stay in this little piece of paradise! We enjoyed breakfast out on the lanai and loved feeling secluded even though it was an open space. Our location to the beach, shops, and food was great! The host gave great recommendations and we felt right at home! We would visit again!

Lovely spot among the condos in Poipu. Easy walk to the beach for snorkeling. Very reasonable price compared to others. Condo was very clean. Lanai pleasantly private.

What an awesome place, perfectly located near all the best places to eat and shop in Poipu. Our favorite beach was less than 5 minutes away and walkable if you wanted to. Condo was super clean and the extra's (beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, heavy beach towels) were a very nice touch. The bed was super comfy and plenty of pillows. The constant breeze through the condo kept us nice and cool. The place was huge with a nice kitchen.

The condo was exactly like shown on the internet photos. What the photos could not show was the wonderful atmosphere due to the park and garden around the condo. The two pool was easy to reach in 2 minutes walking, the beach was maybe 10 minutes walking but we always drove as we had bits and pieces with us. But always found a parking near the famous Poipu Beach. (famous also for the Monk Seals coming regularly, we saw them every day.

it was a really nice place to spend a part of our honeymoon. the surroundings were really lovely and well kept after. nice walk down to the beach where surfing, boogie-boarding, and snorkeling is possible. cool sports facilities too. all in all a really lovely apartment with much space!

This was our first stay in Poipu Kai Resort. Friends who have been staying in this complex recommended it highly and we were not disappointed. It is close to the road and we did hear traffic noise, but the speed limit is 25 mph, which is enforced with speed traps, so it did not bother us. The unit’s orientation allows the breeze to go right through the unit, which, along with the ceiling fans, kept the temperature pleasant. We also particularly liked the lanai view, which looked out on to green space and not on to any of the paths that crisscross the property. It was only a few steps to the very nice communal barbecue. Across the green space was a small pool; a larger pool was a five minute walk. Poipu State Park beach was a 10-15 minute walk or a five minute drive to a large county parking lot. The unit was very spacious. We liked the tiled “mudroom” entrance hall where we could leave beach equipment and footwear; the rest of the apartment was carpeted. The furniture was sufficient and comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped for simple cooking and dining. All the appliances worked well. A bigger flat screen television would have made for easier viewing and the CD/stereo had no music player inputs. We were assigned this unit on arrival. During our two week stay we looked at a number of other units in the Suite Paradise complex but were happy enough with this unit to reserve it for next year.

Our room number was not Kahala 913, we were in Kahala 422. I'm not sure if our reservation was moved at the last minute. I would have preferred a ground floor unit. Overall, the unit we were in was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, bed was comfortable. The unit was very clean. The gal at the C/I desk was very friendly.

A very nice unit, large for a 1 BR, private with a nice patio at the rear of the unit. Well equipped in general. Proximity to the road was the only negative and really not a big issue. Decent value for the money, good location.
