After graduating college in the Philippines, Nita made the bold decision to travel abroad in sight of a better future. Working as a domestic helper in Singapore for four years, Nita travelled yet again to Toronto, Canada, where she worked five more years as a nanny. She then found herself in Hawaii, where she now resides with her husband and child.
