We had a great time at the apartment. It is a short 10 min walk down the resort path to the beach and Brennecke's restaurant. It was also a short walk to two shopping centers that have great cafes and restaurants. The resort pool is just around the corner from the apartment. The place itself was clean and tidy with everything you need for this style of holiday.

Really nice condo in an apartment complex with a Pool. Easy 10min walk to the beach. Possible to Shop and eat nearby. Definitely recommended staying here.

We loved the location of the property! It's centrally-located to explore the entire island, plus it's close to many beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The condo is huge! Plenty of space for our entire family, and the internet and cable tv worked very well. Not having air conditioning wasn't a big deal. If you want more fans, just ask the front desk and they'll drop off as many as you'd like. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay. I was given this condo for a work trip and had my wife and 2 yr old daughter come visit and was very happy. Very clean and bug free. Ceiling fans in every room. Nice size kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big. Some negatives: I didn't have a reserved parking spot so parking gets crowded at night once everyone is home. Sometimes you have to park down around the corner. Also, this unit is on the corner right off the parking lot, so not much of a view, and sometimes some outside noise to deal with from people loading/unloading or hanging out. Also it's a first floor condo which is nice for loading/unloading and not having to carry things upstairs, but I felt uncomfortable leaving windows and sliding glass doors open all night. But honestly, it's Poipu in Kauai. The condo was great. The full kitchen and washer/dryer were great for cooking and storing food and keeping up with laundry. There's a walking path right down to the beach, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Access to two different pools with lounge chairs and grill access. Would definitely recommend Poipu Kai condos to anyone visiting Kauai.
