The 2023 Kauai Poke Fest will kick off at 9:00 am on Saturday, June 3rd at The Koloa Landing Resort from 4pm - 7pm. This fun filled event includes a Poke demonstration by the King of Poke himself - Chef Sam Choy, a Poke Contest and food tasting, plus live entertainment.
