To see the resort's gardens and nearby beaches, click here.  They are simply furnished as studios, not as complete homes, and are about 300 square feet in size.  They are air-conditioned but do NOT have a full kitchen.  They share laundry facilities with two other cottages. The cottages are about 600 yards from the nearest beach. Cottage guests have access to the Poipu Kai Racquet Club Pool & Jacuzzi, tennis courts, resort gardens and beaches access.

Sugar Mill Cottages are an affordable alternative to larger, more expensive Kauai accommodations while still offering Poipu Kai Resort's desirable location and easy beach access.
